Refund Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
Local Returns (Trinidad and Tobago)
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
A return fee of $50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing the return.
Regional Returns (Caribbean)
Return shipping costs will be calculated based on weight and destination.
Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected.
International Returns
Return shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
